ALSTRUPgolf can improve your game without you even hitting a ball or holding a club! Improving any of posture, balance, flexibility, strength or endurance can dramatically help your swing, score and maintain energy and focus throughout all 18 holes of your round.

Any limitation in the range of motion of your golf swing, or your bodies ability to fluidly move through that range of motion will show up in the direction of your ball flight. If you do not swing the club properly because of tightness or lack of flexibility, fatigue or poor balance...it can and will show up dramatically!

The result will be many lost golf balls, inconsistent scoring, and never feeling a consistent level of confidence in your game...a recipe for many broken golf clubs!

ALSTRUPgolf uses specialized postural assessments designed by the TITLEIST Performance Institute. These determine the limitations in the kinetic chain related to the golf swing.

This information gives a specific direction to exercise prescription related to improving the athletes limiting factors. This improves the golf swing and allows the golfer to lower their golf score...and enjoy their game again!

Erik began working with golfers 4 years ago to address their need to improve flexibility and strength to improve enjoyment of the game and scoring performance. In the process he developed a passion for the game and began study of the golf swing and golf specific fitness.

In 2008, he attended the TITLEIST Performance Institute in Austin, Texas, where he became certified as a Golf Fitness Professional. He has since worked with golfers of all ages ranging from recreational to club professionals.
